Nice shot, Jayne! We have geese all year in Fergus, along with some trumpeter swans...they like the warmer water from the Hoot Lake power plant upriver. So, it's still the first robin sighting that signals spring for us! :-)
They say it's spring when you see the first robin. I think it's when the geese arrive. The geese have landed. I love geese and happy to see them back.
